His work draws on the writings of Philip McShane and Bernard Lonergan. It includes ‘Discovery’ in Legal Decision Making and Beyond Establishment Economics (with P. McShane). He is Professor of Law at Saint Mary’s University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
