About the Journal
Focus and Scope
Codgito--a play on the Newfoundlanders's love of cod fish--is an student journal of philosophy. Revived from a brief hiatus, starting in 2012 and ending in 2016, it is hoped that this journal will provide Memorial's philosophy students with an avenue to develop their writing skills, as well as their arguments, while getting an inside-look into the process of formal academic writing.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
