Peter Andras Varga philosopher and historian of philosophy. He is a senior research fellow at the Institute of Philosophy of the Research Centre for the Humanities in Budapest, Hungary. His current research interests (AOS) include the history of German philosophy of the 19-20th centuries – especially the Early Phenomenology (e.g., Edmund Husserl, Franz Brentano) – and its contemporaneous Hungarian reception, as well as the methodological questions of phenomenology and the historiography of philosophy in general.
